Nightshade

Nightshade is an original sports car concept fully designed and 3D modeled in Fusion 360. The model features a custom outer body, uniquely engineered wheel-cup geometry, and personalized engraved elements intended for branding and ownership. The car body and wheel system were developed with precise tolerances, axle openings, and interchangeable wheels to enable smooth rotational movement.

The project involved iterative CAD refinement, print-fit testing, and mechanical adjustments to ensure structural stability and functional motion. The final prototype was produced using FDM 3D printing and validated through physical assembly. The car body is divided into four sections, each featuring integrated holes and connecting pegs for secure assembly and alignment.
