We hope this assignment will be interesting and beneficial to you. You will be creating a resource on teaching and learning that can be shared with participants on inSTIL and potentially with teachers across the globe. Please see section 3 moodle for guidance, including editing guidance+Essential Info Pack in section 1. You can either post here, or in the Open Forum on moodle - either platform is fine.

Task 1:

a) To describe and discuss an inclusive way of teaching something within your context in a blog post. It could include the creation or redesign of a resource and/or an activity. It might be something you have tried out (and can therefore evaluate) or something you would use if you taught the class again. Please draw on the literature on teaching and learning in higher education. References are optional.

(This task can be in text, audio or video format. Word guide: 250-350 words with a short title.)

Task 2:

b) To write a response briefly in written form (approx 30 words, in italic) on a peer participant's post that is of interest to you (preferably another department page). You might want to add a link to a blog post/video clip/article/post from elsewhere that is related to their post.
