Dues, Payments, & Donations

Dues:

Troop Dues are separate from Trail Life USA Annual dues (paid on TLC).
Troop Dues are $20 for September - December and $20 for January - May ($40/year/son).
Troop Dues cover awards, materials, initial camp reservations, etc.

1st payment of $20 per son is due by the second October meeting each year.
2nd payment of $20 per son is due by the second February meeting each year.
You may pay the full $40  per son by the second October meeting as well.

Camping Trips and Other Activities:

You may pay for camping trips, activities, and supplies, as needed, using the options below. Troop leadership will make those costs known to you when the information is available.

Payments:

• Payments to the Troop are preferably made by sending to the Troop Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal.

• Payments may be made by check (payable to Trail Life troop NC-2717) or cash, if absolutely necessary.
  Checks or cash may be given to the Treasurer (Joe Hanna) or the Troopmaster (Tom Bottoms).

• When you use electronic payment methods, please add a Note to the payment indicating what you are paying for.  Also, please consider adding a dollar to cover fees if you use Zelle.
  Examples would be: ($20 Fall Junction, Son's Name)  ($20 Fall Dues, Son's Name) etc.

• Payments are generally considered non-refundable once made.
