I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, social skills development, behavioral intervention, confidence, family issues and parent education and support.
My therapeutic style is strengths based. I utilize an eclectic model of therapy pulling from evidence-based practices including Solution Focused, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and social skills training. I am a caring individual who has a strong passion to provide the best care to my clients.

Mercedes is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Illinois and received her master’s degree in social work from Aurora University.
I specialize in working with young adults, adults, geriatric populations, couples, and families utilizing CBT, DBT, 12-Step, person-centered, and solution-based techniques. I work with various issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, social skills, difficulty adjusting to major life changes, family and marital issues and support.

Sydne Pantaleon, LSW
Sydne is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Illinois and received her master’s degree in social work from Aurora University.
I specialize in working with teens and young adults who may be struggling with experiences such as anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, communication, effective coping, behavioral concerns, and social skills. With a focus on processing, problem solving, coping, and self-worth, my goal is to create a safe, secure, and collaborative environment that feels calm and judgement free.
Making therapy a unique experience for each client, it is important to me that my client’s know that I am a person-centered clinician that utilizes a strengths-based approach to therapy. I meet client’s where that are, and work towards developing a treatment plan that is specific to their needs. Using active listening and compassion, I am dedicated to encouraging teens and adults learn more about themselves, what they want out of life, and guide them towards achieving their goals.

Andria is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Illinois and received her master's degree in social work from Aurora University.
I enjoy working with teens, adults, and seniors struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress, low self-esteem, or challenging life transitions. I incorporate forms of CBT, DBT, and strength-based interventions. I specialize in helping adults struggling with trauma by utilizing forms of somatic interventions, parts work, and using eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
The therapy process is a collaborative journey where we move at your pace and comfort level. My approach entails helping clients feel safe, seen, and heard. I provide a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental space to foster authenticity, healing, and emotional wellness.

Susan Salinas-Ramirez, LSW
Susan Salinas-Ramirez is a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Illinois and received her masters degree in social work from Aurora University. She has worked in the field since 2015.
I specialize in working with elementary aged children who are experiencing stress, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, social challenges, and school-related difficulties. As a School Social Worker in public school settings, I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and/or those experiencing developmental delays. In addition, my work with children is complemented by providing parents with educational tools and resources so they can be active partners in their child’s progress.
My therapeutic style is strengths-based. My model of therapy pulls from evidence based practices including solution-focused, social skills training and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
