OFFICIAL RANKING CRITERIA
To establish a fresh, merit-based ecosystem separate from other organizations, the Combat Queens panel adheres to the following core guidelines:
Recent Promotional Impact: A fighter’s recent performances under the Combat Queens banner carry the most weight. Historical accomplishments in other promotions are respected and factor into initial placements, but recent victories inside the CQ ring supersede past accolades.
Quality of Opposition: Defeating a highly ranked or legendary opponent yields a higher ranking boost than amassing wins against unranked competition.
Method of Victory: Finishes (Knockouts, Technical Knockouts, and Submissions) are rewarded heavily. A fighter who actively seeks and secures a finish will rank higher than a fighter who relies on narrow decisions.
Activity and Eligibility: Fighters must have competed within the last 12 months or be actively booked. Fighters who officially announce their retirement (e.g., Valentina Shevchenko, Cat Zingano) or extended hiatuses (e.g., Jovana Mitrasevic) are immediately removed from the active rankings. Fighters on expired contracts who are not renewed (e.g., Julianna Peña) are also removed.
