This policy explains how PHOTO SLIDE handles information when you use the game.
1. Game information
PHOTO SLIDE creates a player identifier on your device and stores your chosen player name and Custom Puzzle best records locally. Daily Puzzle sends your player identifier to our Base44 game service to retrieve your game status. When you submit a completed Daily Puzzle, the game sends your player identifier, player name, puzzle identifier, move count and completion time. The service records completion timestamps and uses these records to calculate leaderboard rankings and daily streaks.
Your player name and game results are displayed on the leaderboard. Please use a nickname and avoid entering sensitive personal information as your player name.
The Android app asks you to select an age range: under 13, 13–15, 16–17 or 18+. A supported 13+ selection is stored on your device to control game access and advertising. The app does not collect your exact date of birth for this feature or send this age-range preference to the game backend. You can change your selection using Age range on the game home screen. This is a self-declared selection, not identity-based age verification.
2. Photos
The photo selection feature uses a temporary local image URL to display your chosen photo as a puzzle. This feature does not upload that selected photo to the game backend. Locally selected photos are not automatically restored after restarting the app. The game also downloads preset images from remote image services.
3. Service providers and advertising
Base44 provides the backend, game data storage, authentication services where used, and preset-image automation. Service providers may process network and technical information needed to operate and secure their services. If you use account sign-in, account information is handled through the authentication service.
PHOTO SLIDE integrates Google AdMob for banner advertising. Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share information such as IP address, device or account identifiers, app and advertisement interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. IP addresses may be used to estimate general location. Data processing depends on SDK configuration, available identifiers and privacy choices. Test ads and non-personalized advertising do not mean that no information is processed.
Where available, use Advertising preferences on the game home screen to review or change Google advertising choices. Availability depends on the advertising configuration and the requirements that apply in your region. Development builds currently use Google demo advertising identifiers; privacy-message configuration is still being prepared for release.
The app does not request or display banner advertising for users who select 13–15 or 16–17, or whose age range has not been selected. For users who select 18+, the app checks Google consent information before requesting a banner and makes advertising preferences available when required. This restriction on app advertising requests does not imply that all app service providers perform no data processing. Current banners use Google demo ad units.

4. Retention and privacy requests
Local player information and Custom Puzzle best records remain in app storage until that storage is cleared or otherwise removed. Android backup and restoration settings may affect local persistence. Removing local app data does not remove game records already stored on the server.
Your age-range preference is also kept in local app storage. Changing it does not clear your player identity or Custom Puzzle records. Clearing the app's storage removes the locally stored preference.
Server records currently have no automatic 90-day deletion process enabled. TKAPPS plans to introduce automatic deletion of individual Daily completion records 90 days after their server-created timestamp. That process is not active yet. Separate streak summaries and local Custom best records are outside the proposed deletion scope. Daily best results derived only from deleted attempts would no longer be available. This policy will be updated when the active retention process changes.
For a request concerning access, correction or deletion of your game information, contact tkapps.sa@gmail.com. Include your player name and enough information to identify the relevant game record. Do not send passwords. Additional ownership verification may be needed before a request can be fulfilled, particularly for anonymous player records. PHOTO SLIDE does not currently provide automatic in-app deletion of server records. Applicable rights and any permissible retention requirements depend on your location and circumstances.
5. Security and international processing
The game is configured to communicate with its hosted backend over HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable service terms and privacy arrangements.
6. Intended audience
PHOTO SLIDE is intended for adults and teenagers and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact TKAPPS so the matter can be reviewed.
PHOTO SLIDE is intended for ages 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. The Android app does not open the game when Under 13 is selected. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact TKAPPS so the matter can be reviewed.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the game's data handling changes. The last-updated date on this page identifies the current version.

iOS Development Version — Additional Information
Prepared: 17 October 2026
This section describes the current PHOTO SLIDE iOS development version. The game-information, local-photo, Base44 service and analytics, security, and contact descriptions in this policy also apply to this version. It does not describe a final App Store release.
Age selection
The iOS version asks for an age range and stores a supported selection locally. Under 13 selection does not open the game. No exact birthday is requested by this feature. Banner and interstitial requests are disabled for users selecting 13–15 or 16–17 and before a supported age range is selected. This does not prevent all processing by other game service providers.
Advertising and privacy choices
The iOS app uses Google AdMob to request non-personalized banner and interstitial ads. Ad requests are restricted to users selecting age 18 or above and require Google's consent SDK to indicate that ads can be requested.
Banners appear on the home screen and are hidden during puzzle play. An interstitial may appear when returning home after three completed puzzles in a session, if an ad is ready. If no ad is available, gameplay continues normally.
Non-personalized ads may still use identifiers and other data for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, and fraud prevention. They do not mean that no data is collected.
The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent information. Where required and available, a consent message offers Consent, Do not consent, and Manage options. You can reopen the privacy-options form using Advertising preferences on the home screen when required. You can continue playing if you do not consent. Choosing not to consent does not necessarily prevent every type of advertisement or all data processing. Available advertising depends on your choices, Google's eligibility response, and SDK configuration. Ad requests are configured as non-personalized and use production ad units.
For eligible adult sessions, an interstitial may appear when returning home after three completed puzzles, if an ad is ready. Interstitials are not shown during active puzzle play. If no ad is ready, the opportunity is skipped and gameplay continues normally.
Consent messages are targeted to the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Their availability also depends on Google's response. UMP consent does not replace any separate Apple App Tracking Transparency permission required for tracking.
The iOS app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency authorization. This describes the app's permission-prompt behavior and does not, by itself, establish whether data practices constitute tracking.
Google Mobile Ads may process IP addresses, device identifiers, advertising interactions, crash logs and performance information for advertising, analytics, diagnostics and fraud prevention, depending on permissions and SDK configuration. Non-personalized ads do not mean that no data is processed. See Google's iOS disclosure:

Retention and requests
Local information is kept in app storage; device backup and restoration may affect persistence. Removing the app or local data does not delete server records. Automatic 90-day deletion of server records is not currently active. Contact tkapps.sa@gmail.com for privacy requests; no automated in-app server-record deletion workflow is currently provided. Do not send passwords.
