Theodora Sarver is the founder of TK Sarver Consulting, LLC. She has over 25 years of experience in developing strategies and products in FDA regulated environments for start up, emerging markets, and large enterprises.

She has successfully delivered a number of SaaS, custom and B2B products from concept to successful commercialization and scaling, within the life sciences and healthcare industries where she has held both technical and product management roles of increasing responsibility and seniority.

As a product leader Theodora strives for effective stakeholder engagement, collaboration, continuous process optimization and flawless execution.

Prior to starting her own company she held product leadership roles in companies such as Veeva Systems, Edetek, Almac Group and Imalogix.

Theodora has a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University and is a Certified Product Manager by the Pragmatic Institute.
