I Love Technology, entertainment, and everything in between! I got a Game Development Bachelors degree at Full Sail University. I've been playing video games since I could hold a controller. I started using the Unity engine back in 2016.
I love to dive into the fundamentals of C++ and C# programming. My philosophy is, that possessing in-depth knowledge of what the code is doing under the hood allows me to develop more robust solutions. Another thing I like to do is think ahead when implementing a new feature. I proactively consider potential use cases that could cause issues and work to prevent them before they occur. This approach ensures I write high-quality code from the start, avoiding technical debt and the need for future refactoring.
I primarily use C#, but I know C++ very well and I am sure I can adapt to any other language quickly due to my knowledge of programming concepts, not just language syntax. I have a basic understanding of languages like Python, HTML/CSS, and HLSL.
I've been using Unity to make games for 10 years now, and Full Sail has taught me how to use that knowledge to actually finish projects. My experience with it allows me to know where to look to find the information I need to learn new systems. This skill translates to all areas of unity and beyond!
Using IDEs like Microsoft Visual Studio, I'm familiar with APIs such as Direct X 11/12 and Vulcan. I've used matrix math to manipulate pixels to display 3D graphics on 2D screens.
During Full Sail, we used software such as Jira and Trello to keep track of the development of out mid-term and final projects.
I've been using Google Docs, slides, sheets, and almost all other Google products since I was in elementary school. I am very familiar with these products and can use them efficiently for various purposes.
It's brand new, so it still needs more content. Eventually all of the information on this site will be ported over.
