About the PTO
Theodore Judah PTO is made up of parents, teachers and other school staff members. Through the generosity of TJE families' time, talents, and funding, we are able to offer students many enriching and beneficial programs, events, technology, and classroom enhancements. We encourage you to take an active role in our PTO activities. Whether it involves attending meetings, volunteering at events, or sharing your unique skills and expertise, your participation is not only deeply valued but also vital to our success!
Put your receipts to work for Theodore Judah with Box Tops for Education! Box Tops is a fast and easy way for you to help our school earn some extra cash. Here is how it works!
Download the Box Tops for Education App and create an account.
Link your account to Theodore Elementary School (be sure to select the Folsom school, located at 101 Dean Way in Folsom, CA).
The next time you go shopping, scan your receipts in the app (digital or paper). Qualifying Box Tops purchases will be credited to the school!
The App also lets you link your Walmart shopping account (if you have one) so you can earn Box Tops on qualifying purchases without scanning your receipts. In fact, you'll earn the school $5 extra if you connect your Walmart account before August 31st!
Becoming a member of the Theodore Judah Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a rewarding experience with many benefits, including:
Connections: There is no better way to know what is happening at TJE than to be a part of the TJE community
Networking and Making Friends: PTO functions are opportunities to meet other parents and teachers; build rapport; and share ideas, concerns, and experiences.
Having a Voice: PTO can be a way for you to more effectively suggest change at Theodore Judah.
Being Part of Solutions: PTO plays an important role in supporting building improvements through advocacy and plays an important role in fundraising for curriculum-based programs and social events.
Being a Role Model: By becoming a PTO member, you’ll demonstrate to your child the importance you place on education.
Becoming a Theodore Judah PTO Member helps to financially support many programs and events each year! A PTO membership DOES NOT obligate you to volunteer or contribute further... However, your time, talents, and ongoing support are greatly appreciated!
You may become a member at any time. Your membership is a financial contribution and not a volunteer commitment. You must be a paying PTO member to vote at PTO meetings. Your PTO membership is good for one (1) school year.
