Designed and developed web application for coaches to manage high school sports teams.
Business Support Consultant, Team Lead and Assistant Vice President, Wells Fargo, 2015 – 2018
Served as technical team lead and subject matter expert for an operations team within Wells Fargo.
Context: Over time, different business lines within Wells Fargo had all developed their own technology solutions for communicating with customers. I did extensive research to understand and document how each of these technologies worked, if and how they interfaced with each other, and how they could all be managed under a common governance system to ensure consistent communication with customers across the organization.
Created material (memos, training sessions, diagrams, etc.) explaining the various technologies Wells Fargo used to communicate with customers.
Conducted training sessions for new and existing team members.
Led and managed projects to improve the efficiency and quality of the communication governance process (i.e. updating communications to ensure consistency across the organization).
Co-founder and Software Engineer, ScoreWithIt, 2013-2015
Developed applications for managing college intramural sports programs and fitness tracking.
Researched customer needs and translated findings into product requirements.
