Previous Experience : 2 years of teaching experience in GURU NANAK INSTITUTE Of Technology as a Lecturer in Electronics & communication Engg. Dept.(August 2008- , Aug 2010).

Research Interest :Modeling & Simulation of Low Dimensional Device including non conventional SOI/SON MOSFET, application of organic FET and TFET in Sensing device
