Presentation instructions

Oral instructions

• Prepare a 10-11min talk, to let 2min questions

• English is mandatory

• Each presentation, including remote talks, should be sent 24h before the workshop (instructions will be given soon)

• Pdf and PowerPoint are ok, but pdf is preferred (at this point no keynote/Apple solution is expected). 

Poster instructions & associated lightnings talks

• Lightning talks are 1-2 min with 1 or 2-slides presentation (pdf is preferred, should be uploaded up to 24h before the workshop, instructions will be given soon) 

• Preference is given to poster in portrait format

• Dimensions can be A0 or similar

• Tissue or paper are both ok

• Avoid tiled poster

• Make your poster color blind compatible

• Using dynamic support on a [i]-pad is ok
