Titan Techno ("Titan Techno", "we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications and games.

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, processed, and shared when you use mobile applications and games developed or published by Titan Techno (collectively, the "Apps").

The specific features and third-party services used may differ between our Apps. Accordingly, not every service or type of data described in this Privacy Policy necessarily applies to every Titan Techno App.

• Information reasonably necessary to investigate or respond to your request.

Some Titan Techno Apps may display advertisements.

• Google AdMob;

Depending on your device, region, privacy settings, consent choices where applicable, and the advertising services being used, these services may process information including:

• Device and application identifiers;

• Device information;

• Other information necessary to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.

5. Anonymous Application Services and Remote Configuration

Some Apps may use services provided by Unity, including Unity Gaming Services, anonymous authentication, and Remote Config.

These services may create an anonymous application or installation identity and process device or application information necessary to provide application configuration and related services.

Anonymous authentication used for these purposes does not necessarily represent a user-facing Titan Techno account.

Remote configuration may be used to retrieve application settings, feature settings, advertising configuration, update requirements, or similar operational information.

6. In-App Purchases

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases.

Purchases made through Google Play are processed by Google Play Billing and Google, rather than directly by Titan Techno.

Information necessary to process and verify a transaction may include:

• Product identifiers;

• Purchase status;

• Purchase tokens;

• Order or transaction information; and

• Information necessary to verify or restore an entitlement.

We may use purchase information provided through the applicable store or purchasing service to determine whether you own a purchased feature or item.

Titan Techno does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card details when purchases are processed by Google Play or another application marketplace.

7. Local Game and Application Data

Our Apps may store information locally on your device, including:

• Game progress;

• Settings and preferences;

• Virtual currency balances;

• Unlocked content;

• Progression information;

• Locally cached configuration;

• Purchase-entitlement state; and

• Other information necessary for application functionality.

Depending on the App, this information may be stored using local application storage mechanisms such as application files or platform preference storage.

Unless otherwise stated within a particular App, locally stored gameplay data is not uploaded to a Titan Techno-owned server.

Deleting an App or clearing its application data may delete locally stored progress or settings. Purchases managed as restorable or non-consumable purchases by an application marketplace may be recoverable according to that marketplace's rules.

8. How We Use Information

Information processed through our Apps may be used to:

• Provide and operate application features;

• Maintain game functionality and progress;

• Provide advertisements;

• Measure advertising performance;

• Provide rewarded advertisements;

• Process and restore purchases;

• Provide remote application configuration;

• Understand application usage;

• Improve application performance and features;

Titan Techno does not operate a proprietary advertising or analytics backend for the purposes described in this policy.

Depending on the App, these providers may include:

• Google, including Firebase, Google AdMob, and Google Play;

• Unity Technologies;

• Unity LevelPlay / ironSource;

• Unity Ads; and

• Advertising partners available through mediation platforms.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;

• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Titan Techno, our users, or others;

• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of applicable terms; or

• Facilitate a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of assets, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Third-party services process information according to their respective terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.

10. Advertising Choices and Device Controls

Your device or operating system may provide privacy controls relating to advertising identifiers, personalized advertising, application permissions, or other data processing.

Availability of these controls depends on your device, operating system, region, and applicable service providers.

Where consent or additional privacy choices are required by applicable law, applicable Apps or third-party services may provide additional notices or controls.

11. Data Retention

Titan Techno retains information under our direct control only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing support, maintaining security, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations.

Locally stored game information generally remains on your device until it is overwritten, reset, cleared, or the App is removed, subject to the behavior of your operating system and application marketplace.

Information processed by third-party providers is subject to the retention practices and policies of those providers.

If you contact Titan Techno directly, we may retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

12. Data Deletion

For information stored locally by an App, you may generally remove that information by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App, subject to your device's functionality and any marketplace-managed purchase entitlements.

If you have provided personal information directly to Titan Techno, such as through a support or privacy email, you may request deletion by contacting:

We will process valid requests in accordance with applicable law and subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

Information controlled independently by third-party service providers may need to be managed through the privacy tools or request procedures provided by those services.

Our Apps may use anonymous third-party service identities without creating a user-facing Titan Techno account. Where an App does not provide Titan Techno account creation, there is no Titan Techno account to delete.

13. Data Security

Titan Techno takes reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information under our control.

Information transmitted to third-party services is handled through the security mechanisms provided by the relevant platform, SDK, or service.

However, no method of electronic transmission, processing, or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Apps may have different intended audiences. The applicable Google Play listing or other marketplace listing should be consulted for information about the intended audience of a particular App.

Titan Techno does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through user-facing account registration unless specifically disclosed and handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Where an App is directed to children or includes children in its target audience, Titan Techno intends to apply applicable platform requirements and children's privacy requirements to that App, including requirements concerning advertising, SDKs, data practices, and parental consent where applicable.

15. International Data Processing

Third-party service providers used by our Apps may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
