Sport is a core component of Inspired's educational philosophy, fostering health, enjoyment, motivation, self-discipline, and confidence. AIS is committed to offering a sports program that accommodates every student, irrespective of skill level. Whether pursuing national or international achievements or simply appreciating fitness for lifelong well-being, AIS sports and physical education programs support mental sharpness essential for academic success and a love of learning.
AIS students participate in competitive sports within the Saigon International Schools Athletics Conference (SISAC), with boys' and girls' teams competing in U9, U11, U13, U15, and U19 categories. Weekly after-school matches feature a variety of sports, including basketball, football, table tennis, volleyball, swimming, tennis, badminton, netball, bench ball, touch rugby, cricket, tee-ball, cross-country and athletics.
Each year, AIS attends the Australian International School Association (AISA) Games, hosted in various countries across Asia. AIS is also a member of the ASEAN Sports & Activities Conference (ASAC), where students have further opportunities to compete internationally in volleyball, basketball, and football at both junior and senior levels.
