Tuesday, April 26 Medlin Campus Center Grand Opening. A ribbon cutting, remarks from college leaders, guided tours, and light refreshments will be offered at 10 a.m.
Tuesday, April 26: Open Mic Reading. Join the Creative Writers Club at noon in the Sears Applied Technologies Building for an open mic reading. You may read your own original work or a favorite published poem.
Wednesday, April 27: Job Fair Wednesday. Look for visiting employers in the Medlin Campus Center in front of the campus store from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

No-Bake White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) package white chocolate chips or morsels
1 (5-ounce) package Ocean Spray Craisins Original
Dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium-high (70% power) for 1 minute, stopping to stir. Microwave an additional 10 to 20 seconds. Remove and stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Add remaining ingredients. Stir until thoroughly combined.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Let harden at room temperature or chill in the refrigerator, about 15 minutes.
Store in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
Makes 16 clusters
