Submission Guidelines
All current GTCC students are welcome to send their best original poetry, fiction, creative nonfiction, artwork, or photography to titanreviewmag@gmail.com. The Titan Review publishes twice yearly: a fall/winter issue and a spring/summer issue. Submissions are typically open during the first eight weeks of the fall and spring semesters. You are encouraged to read previous issues prior to submitting your work to get a sense of what type of work we typically publish.
Fiction/Nonfiction Guidelines
We will consider short fiction or short creative (narrative) nonfiction. Please send up to ten double-spaced pages in a Word document (whether a single story or multiple pieces) as an email attachment. Please use 12-point font and indent at the start of each paragraph. Please edit and proofread your work prior to submitting it.
We will NOT consider the following:
Erotica
Fan fiction
Novel chapters or excerpts
Multiple pages of prose without paragraph breaks
Poetry Guidelines
Please send up to five poems in a Word document as an email attachment. By default, poems are single-spaced and left-aligned though you may deviate from this arrangement for stylistic reasons. Please title and edit/proofread your work prior to submitting it.
Image Guidelines
Please send up to five images as .jpeg or .png files as email attachments.
All Contributors
Please send a short (no more than five sentences, written in third person) bio introducing yourself and your work. Please also paste the following statement into your e-mail:
I hereby declare that this submission is my own original, previously unpublished work. I hereby grant the Titan Review the first publication rights to publish this piece in online and/or print form.
