1. Discuss in detail, the proposed UTCA plan among the Financial Creditors of M/s Earth Iconic Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.

2. Incorporate any suggestions/alterations in the proposal suggested by Financial Creditors present in the meeting.

3. Clear the doubts and explain the complexities of the proposal to the Financial Creditors.
