 📋 How do I know I have the right roles?

You can view your roles in Discord by clicking on your name. You should have the same role for the Patron tier you chose when signing up with Patreon. The bot automatically sets up roles so long as your Discord and Patreon are linked. Some channels will show with locks; this indicates they have permissions, not that you cannot interact in that space.

 📋 I’m getting the error message “Only Patrons of TangoTek (whitelist Level and above) may access this server.”

First, make sure you followed all the steps to link your account through MinecraftAuth as stated in ⁠#titancraft-server-rules and check the website to make sure it shows Discord, Patreon and Minecraft are linked.

Secondly, check your roles in the Titancraft discord server. If you have the role “Titancraft,” carry on. If you do not, you must re-link your Patreon and Discord, through Patreon. To do so, sign out (not just close!) Discord on all devices. Then log into Patreon and un-link Discord from your account. Reconnect Discord in Patreon, then log back into your Discord account. You should now have the correct role.

Sometimes, reconnecting the accounts through minecraftauth.me can trigger the whitelist to work. If you have tried all of these and are still not able to log in, please post in ⁠#ask-a-mod.

📋 How do I get my colored name in game?

To set up your name color in game, type /discord link into the chat window inside of Minecraft. This will generate a code. Private message the code to @RustyBot in Discord and your color will be updated eventually.

📋 Help, I can’t leave spawn!

If you are stuck in an area around spawn this means your Discord and Minecraft have not been linked properly. You can verify whether you are linked by looking for the role “linked” in Discord. If you do not have this role, please type /discord link into the chat window inside Minecraft. This will generate a code. Private message the code to RustyBot in Discord and your color will be updated eventually.

If you see the “linked” role in Discord and are still unable to leave Spawn after you relog, please contact the mods via ⁠#ask-a-mod.

📋 How do I link another Minecraft Account?

You may only have one account linked at a time. If you wish to use a different account you must go to https://minecraftauth.me/ and unlink the other mc account and then login with your new account and link it.

📋 The IP isn’t working!

Please ensure you are connecting to the Titancraft IP, as pinned in ⁠#server-announcements on Discord, check for spaces, and correct spelling.
