Check out our Music Video!
Whitney Houston's chart-topper from the '80s, now the rhythm to our melody.
WE DID IT!!
I cannot even begin to explain how immensely proud I am of each and every one of you for making this Production what it has become:
A universal connector for all of us in the school community, no matter whether you're in Primary, Secondary, a Teacher or even the Principal! We're all one big school community of bright young minds and amazing dancers. For dancing doesn't just have a physical aspect to it, but it's the mental side shines through - which has allowed me personally, to endear to it so much. You may have realized over the course of this project, whether you're practicing in your bedroom or out in a park; that this song that you're dancing to moves you in a very special way. Knowing that there are others around you facing the same practical problems as well as others dancing alongside you; it may have even give you this extra drive to hit harder, more on beat and with more conviction.
As you let the music pump through your veins, maybe it's a familiar feeling or it's your first, but either way you moved with it and changed and grew. I may not have been able to bear witness to that in first person, but I too have grown and evolved from this entire experience - all from the comfort of our own homes!
Set in a time before the dawn of cell phones or the internet, we come to understand those brazen fluorescent shirts and hair crimpers just that little bit more. A time when things too, we're just that much simpler. When you didn't have to worry about responding to that message after leaving them blue-ticked on read or think about setting the microwave to 18 minutes on high instead of 8 minutes on low from a misinterpreted voice-command (maybe don't let Siri take point on your meals too!)
Instead, flick out that cassette; pop it into your walkman and wrap those wired headphones over your ears!
Alas, let us for these 11 minutes and 58 seconds, bask in the glory of the good ol' days.

Hey guys, we made it! Every single one of you has been integral to this production thus far, with the adversities that we've been able to conquer allowing us to not just be stronger but realize that nothing ever stops the rhythm. It flows in us, and there's nothing that can stop us.
I'm proud of you. Let's go all the way!
Every day, we celebrate some of our most creative dancers - and their own take on the choreography!
Today we have a mother-daughter dance duo with all the chemistry and more! This one will most definitely get you up and grooving as Cheryl and her mother, Chin Shih Hui show us the true fun in dance, with a super clean routine demonstrating poise and flair all-in-one (or should I say, all-in-two!)
Be a part of TISPC's first ever Music Video! All that you have to do is pick a level below and you'll be redirected to some thorough and detailed dance tutorials which are sure to guide you in the process of mastering the routine.

This super duper simple choreography is easy to follow-along to, anybody (especially primary students with their parents) will have fun with this one!
For you first-time dancers who just want to have fun and dance alongside your family at home! Even a touch of freestyle here would bring a whole new spin to this oldie, but we're sure it'll be a goodie.
Choreography that anyone can grasp without hassle whilst feeling the dazzling joy of dance. With many opportunities to make the choreography your own!
Detail-orientated and rigorous to learn off the screen. Take up the challenge and lead the charge, as this level opens up to the entire music video; so make sure to be on point!
This level is without a doubt the most krispy klean of the lot, it will be grueling but it is how you persevere and never give up that will enable you to avail and become victorious! Trust us, there is no better feeling.
You may even grow to like the challenge!
Register yourself below to join TISPC's extensive family of dancers for our first-ever music video production.
Students, Teachers and Parents alike are welcome!
(Optional, as your name will be there no matter what. We would just like a photo of you to really add personality and to show all the wonderful faces that make up our school!)
Making dance more accessible online and showing that true learning outside the classroom doesn't have to stop. It may be a real hassle to learn choreography remotely however, we have made it easier with detailed tutorial videos giving different angles to the routine: from the floor for footwork to straight shots for the upper body. Alongside mirroring and slo-mo options as we have done everything in our power to merge the two worlds of online and physical dance in a studio space onto this platform. As all members of the school community are given an opportunity to perhaps venture out of your element, and try something new; a virtue that has lacked in today's new normal. For that is where the real learning begins.
Bring dance back to the forefront of our school's Performing Arts space and in effect, bring Performing Arts back to the space where it belongs. With its rich history already behind us, it's absolutely integral that we look forwards, finding and nurturing new talent coming into TISPC and manifest our next diamonds in the rough!
Bringing the entire school community, from parents and students to teachers and other members of Faculty together for a truly unforgettable "first" for TISPC through the fun of rhythm and dance.
Most importantly of all, make the choreography your own and let the music shine through you!
