1) Please note that once a ticket for accommodation is purchased, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2) The charge for accommodation is INR 300 rupees/day, the event stretches over a period of 3 days, so participants should keep in mind the same.
3) Meals including Snacks/Refreshments/Drinks are not included under the accommodation charges, however, there will be food stalls set up on payment basis.
4) Participants are solemnly responsible for their belongings and the Institute shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever.
5) Any damage done to the Property of the Institute shall be dealt with strict actions, including fine/debarring from the event.
6) The check-in & check-out time is 14:00 hours IST.
7) Kindly show the Terms & Conditions acceptance form at the time of checking in the room provided to you without any fail.
