Q: 你們提供送貨服務嗎？

A: 恆常訂單會以地鐵站交收及順豐冷凍配送進行。而大量訂單可以安排送貨服務，費用視乎收貨地址。

Q: 應該提前多久下訂單？

A: 須提早2天，20盒以上須提早5天下單。

Q: 你們提供活動/派對/散水餅的服務嗎？

A: We use imported ingredients.

A: We are planning on a vegan version for everyone, so stay tuned!

Q: How should I store my tiramisu?

A: Tiramisu should keep refrigerated at 0°-4°C and consume within 2 days of purchased.

Q: Can I customize my tiramisu order?

A: Of course, we also offer 4", 6", 8" options. You can DM us for more details. 🔎

Q: Do you offer delivery services?

A: Regular orders can be picked up at MTR stations or delivered via SF Express frozen delivery. For bulk orders, delivery can be arranged, and the fee depends on the delivery address.

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?

A: Please place your order 2 days in advance. For orders of more than 20 boxes, please order 5 days in advance.

Q: Do you cater for events and parties?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
