Do you provide Delivery Service or Self Pickup?

We offer both delivery service and self pick-up.

For Delivery:

We have our own delivery team who delivers by car.

Rate for Delivery:

Basic rate of RM 2 + RM 0.80 per km (excluding toll fees)

For Self Pick-up:

You can meet our driver at Entrance A of Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, which is located directly opposite Calvary Convention Centre.

**Please note that we only have one pick-up slot available at 12 pm

What is your delivery time?

We deliver between 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm

If you require delivery at a specific time, please inform us and we will check if it's available.

Can I request Specific Delivery Times during 

Special Festivals?

For special festivals or holidays,our delivery times will be slightly earlier.

However, specific delivery times cannot be accommodated due to limited manpower.

Do I need to keep the cake in the refrigerator?

Yes, once you receive the cake, you'll need to store the cake inside the normal fridge, as the hot weather may cause it to melt.

**Please note that the cheesecake should not be left out for more than 15-20 minutes

Do you provide cooler bag/ice packs?

We do not offer cooler bags or ice packs. However, rest assured that our driver will place the cake in an icebox during delivery. it will help maintain the cake's freshness and ensure it reaches you in good condition.

For self pick up:
We highly recommend that you bring your own ice bag or ice packs to prevent any melting.
In case you require a cooler bag with ice packs, we do have them available for
purchase at RM 12.

This option will help ensure your cake remains in good condition during transit.

How long can I keep the cheesecake?

The cheesecake can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

However, for the best texture and flavour, it is recommended to enjoy the cake

Which cake sizes allow for mixing flavours?

• 10bites- Can mix 2 flavours

• 25bites- Can mix either 2 or 5 flavours

• Four in a box- Can mix 4 flavours

Do you have any non-alcoholic cheesecakes available?

Yes, we do have non-alcoholic cheesecakes available.

Non-alcoholic flavours:

Classic Oreo, Lychee Rose, Espresso (Lotus Biscoff),

Yuzu (Honey Citron) and Passion Fruit.

If you prefer a non-alcoholic option
our "Four in a Box" set- The Mocktails, would be an excellent choice for you.

These non-alcoholic cheesecakes are also suitable for kids.

Why there's waterdrop on the cake board?

It is normal that there will be some water droplets on the jello cake & board due to condensation after taking out from refrigerator

Does your Jello melt in mouth?

Jello Shot Cake does not melt in your mouth, chew properly to prevent choking.
It is advisable to cut the jelly into small piece before serving to children & aged to avoid the choking risk

How long can I keep the Jello Shot Cake?

Can keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3-5days
(DO NOT FREEZE THE JELLO SHOT CAKE)

Do you have any non-alcoholic Jello Cake available?

Yes, we do have non-alcoholic Jello Cake available.
