Welcome to Tipsnest. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tipsnest mobile application and related services.
By creating an account or using Tipsnest, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.
Tipsnest is a sports tips and predictions platform that provides users with access to free and premium sports predictions.
The application may provide different categories of predictions, subscription plans, and other features from time to time.

Tipsnest provides premium sports predictions through subscription plans.
The subscription plans currently offered are:

Monthly
3 Months
Subscription prices and available plans are displayed in the application before purchase.
A subscription provides access to the premium section associated with the purchased plan for the applicable subscription period.
Where available through Google Play, subscription purchases are processed using Google Play Billing.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that the purchase is also subject to the applicable Google Play terms and policies.
Tipsnest may receive information necessary to confirm and manage your subscription, including purchase and subscription identifiers.
Your subscription begins after the purchase has been successfully processed and confirmed.
Access to the applicable premium content remains available for the subscription period associated with your plan.
When the subscription period expires, access to the associated premium content may be removed unless the subscription is renewed or another applicable subscription is purchased.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google Play's applicable cancellation and refund policies.
Where applicable, you may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account.
Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily provide a refund for a period that has already been paid for.
For refund requests relating to Google Play purchases, users should follow the applicable Google Play refund procedures.
Tipsnest provides sports predictions and analysis for informational and entertainment purposes.
Tipsnest does not guarantee the accuracy or success of any prediction.
Sports results are inherently uncertain, and actual results may differ from predictions provided through the application.
Past performance, successful predictions, or historical results do not guarantee future results.
Users are responsible for making their own decisions regarding how they use information provided by Tipsnest.
Tipsnest does not guarantee financial winnings or profits from the use of any prediction, tip, or information provided through the application.
Users should not treat Tipsnest predictions as guaranteed outcomes.
Users should comply with all laws applicable to them when using sports predictions or related services.
If you participate in betting or gambling activities, you should do so responsibly and only where legally permitted.
Tipsnest does not encourage users to participate in unlawful gambling activities.
Users should only participate where they meet the applicable legal age and eligibility requirements.
Users must not:
Use Tipsnest for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems
Interfere with the operation or security of Tipsnest
Attempt to access another user's account
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Tipsnest content without permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise the application's systems
Use automated methods to access the service in a way that could damage or disrupt the service
Provide false or misleading information when creating an account
The Tipsnest application, branding, interface, written content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Tipsnest unless otherwise stated.
You may use the application and its content for your personal, lawful use.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit Tipsnest content without prior authorization.
We aim to keep Tipsnest available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The application may occasionally be unavailable because of:
Maintenance
Technical problems
Server issues
Network problems
Third-party service interruptions
Updates or improvements
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Tipsnest where reasonably necessary.
Tipsnest may suspend or terminate an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the user:
Violated these Terms
Attempted to compromise the service
Engaged in fraudulent activity
Used the service unlawfully
Abused other users or the platform
Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action.
Termination of an account does not remove obligations that arose before termination.

Reliance on sports predictions
Incorrect or unsuccessful predictions
Betting or gambling decisions made by users
Temporary service interruptions
Third-party service failures
Unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to protect their account credentials
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
Tipsnest may rely on third-party services, including Google Play and other technology or infrastructure providers.

Your use of those services may therefore be subject to their respective terms.
