TIPS Workshop - 2026, AIIMS, New Delhi
Techniques in Physiological Sciences workshop aims to share with you state-of-art techniques with hands-on experience. We plan to provide three days of intensive training in 12 techniques (see List of Workshops 2026), hoping you could use the experience in your institutions effectively.
Hands-on workshop on Animal Experiments for Teaching in Physiology is designed as an experiential refresher for faculty in Medical College and Institutions, for conducting animal experiments for teaching in Physiology in accordance with prevailing norms in India. Apart from hands-on experience of recording mechanical activity of intestine segments, demonstration of recordings in nerve-muscle and isolated heart preparation; the participants shall be familiarized with working principle of Digital/Analog equipment and guidelines related to animal experiments for teaching and research in India.
Those actively working in Physiology or related fields at an academic/research institute or medical college across India are eligible to apply for the workshops.
