Privacy Policy for Tippy Tipper

The Sleepy Fox LLC provides Tippy Tipper and Tippy Tipper Paid. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use either application.
Information entered into the app
Tippy Tipper allows users to enter bill amounts, tip percentages, tax settings, and bill-splitting information. This information is used only to perform calculations on the user’s device. The Sleepy Fox LLC does not receive or store this information on its servers.
App preferences are stored locally on the device. They remain there until they are changed, the app’s data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.
Advertising and automatically collected information
Tippy Tipper uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. The free edition displays advertisements. Tippy Tipper Paid allows users to disable advertisements in Settings.
When advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share information including:
The device’s IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and advertisement interactions
Diagnostic and performance information
Device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID
Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

Feedback and external links
The apps may allow users to open their email application to send feedback. Email addresses, message contents, and other information voluntarily included in a message are received only when the user chooses to send it. This information may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to the message, provide support, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.
The apps may contain a link to a Ko-fi donation page. Opening that page takes the user to a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing and sale of information
The Sleepy Fox LLC does not sell users’ personal information. Information may be processed or shared by Google when advertising services are enabled, as described above, or when required by law.
Data retention and deletion
Calculation information and app preferences stored locally can be deleted by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.
Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and user controls. Users can reset or delete their advertising ID through their Android device settings.
Feedback emails may be deleted upon request unless retention is required for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
Children’s privacy
Tippy Tipper is intended for a general audience and is not directed toward children under 13. The Sleepy Fox LLC does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Security
The apps use reasonable safeguards appropriate to their functionality. Information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the apps, applicable laws, or third-party services change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
