Hello! My name is Ethan Kolb, and I’m the Owner and Operator of Tipp City Contracting & Property Services LLC.

My journey in business began at just 14 years old when I started my first company, Kolb’s Kutz, mowing lawns for neighbors and family. As my skills and client base grew, I expanded into Kolb’s Landscape & Lawncare during high school, offering full-service landscape solutions in addition to lawn maintenance.

After graduating from Tippecanoe High School in 2022, I joined Paragon Roofing Inc., where I specialized in insurance restoration. I continue to work closely with Paragon Roofing today, partnering on exterior home and business improvements, and new projects. 

While continuing to operate Kolb’s Landscape & Lawncare, I recognized an opportunity to expand my services beyond landscaping. That vision led to the creation of Tipp City Contracting & Property Services—a one-stop solution for residential and commercial property needs. Our mission is to deliver reliable, high-quality service with integrity, efficiency, and genuine care for our community all for an affordable price.

When I’m not working to grow the business or serve our customers, you can usually find me spending time by the water with my dog, Baloo, golfing with friends and family, or cheering on my brother and cousins at Tippecanoe sporting events. I also enjoy going to concerts, attending Bengals and Buckeyes Football games, exploring the country, and going to car & truck shows.
