MEMBERSHIP

1. Membership is open to all persons of the Indian subcontinent origin who reside in the Greater Houston area.

2.  TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP:

i) Family Membership -Annually includes dependent children and retired parents that live in the same

   household.

            ii) Individual Membership-Annually for individuals, adult children who hold full time jobs and  

                visiting parents/relatives that do not live in the same household.

          iii) In addition membership is open to other persons interested in the Association  that do not fit the

               description above. These will be “Associate” members.

3. Only Regular members may vote on the affairs of the Association and may hold committee offices of President, Vice-president, Secretary, Treasurer and Joint Entertainment Secretaries.

4. Membership is valid for the calendar year January to December. Fees are not transferable and non refundable.
