Tip: Fruit Merge & Balance

Tip: Fruit Merge & Balance ("Tip", "the app") is a puzzle game made by Harnoor Singh ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information when you use Tip on iPhone or iPad.

The short version: Tip does not collect, store or share any personal information. The game runs entirely on your device.

1. Information we collect

None. Tip has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party data-collection tools. The app does not send any information about you or your device to us or to anyone else, and we do not have a server that receives it.

2. Information stored on your device

To keep your game going, Tip saves the following on your device only:

• your progress: levels, stars, scores, streaks, coins, skins, power-ups and achievements;

• your settings, such as sound, music, vibration and reminders;

• the optional name you type in Profile, which is added to challenge messages you choose to send;

• a list of challenges you have sent or received.

This information never leaves your device unless you share it yourself (see section 4). You can erase it at any time with Settings › Reset all progress, or by deleting the app.

3. Game Center

If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, Tip submits your Endless and Daily scores to Tip's Game Center leaderboards. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Apple Account details, and your leaderboard name is the Game Center nickname you chose with Apple. Game Center is optional; you can turn it off in the Settings app on your device.

4. Sharing results and challenges

When you tap Share or Challenge a friend, Tip opens your device's share sheet with a short text message that you can read before sending. It contains your score, a challenge code (which only describes the fruit order and the score to beat) and, if you entered one, your name. Nothing is shared unless you choose to send it, and we never see it.

5. Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, Tip schedules a notification on your device at the time you pick. No push-notification service or server is involved.

6. Ratings

Tip may ask you to rate it using Apple's built-in rating prompt. Ratings and reviews are handled by Apple; we only see them as they appear on the App Store.

7. Children

Tip is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

8. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct or delete personal information that a company holds about you. We hold none. Everything Tip keeps is on your own device, under your control, and you can delete it as described in section 2.

9. Changes to this policy

If a future version of Tip adds features that involve personal information, such as advertising or in-app purchases, we will update this policy and the app's privacy details on the App Store before that version is released, and change the effective date above.
