We can help with recipe import, Magic Import, Make it Healthier, Smart Kitchen, sync, purchases, account access, account deletion, guest accounts, and general app issues.
When emailing support, include your device model and iOS version, what you were trying to do, what happened or what message you saw, and a screenshot if available. Include the recipe link or import type only if you are comfortable sharing it.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in support emails.
Account and Data Deletion
You can delete a signed-in TinyRecipia account or guest account from the Profile screen inside the app. Account deletion removes your account profile and account-linked synced content. Some local app data stored on your device can also be removed inside the app.
Deleting the app from your device is not the same as deleting your TinyRecipia account or guest account.
TinyRecipia may retain limited non-content records only when needed for security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, subscription/account integrity, free usage enforcement, or legal compliance.
Purchases and Subscriptions
TinyRecipia Pro subscriptions are handled through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple manages billing, cancellation, renewals, refunds, and payment information through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting your TinyRecipia account or deleting the app does not cancel an active Apple subscription.
