TinyKick runs fully on your device. We do not require an account, we do not request network permission in the release app, and we store no information in the cloud—not fetal movement records, not settings, not anything else.
This Privacy Policy explains how TinyKick (Chinese name: 胎语) handles information when you use the Android app. TinyKick is a personal pregnancy recording tool for pregnant women to log fetal movements, view history, and generate reports on your device.
No sign-up required. You can use core features without creating an account.
Data stays on your device. Fetal movement sessions and taps are stored locally.
No cloud storage at all. TinyKick does not operate a cloud backend for your data. Nothing you enter in the app is stored on our servers.
No network permission (release). The production app does not declare Internet / network access permission, so it cannot upload data over the network by design.
Not a medical service. TinyKick does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
Minimal permissions. Sensitive permissions (calendar, photos) are requested only when you use related features.
Depending on how you use the app, TinyKick may store the following locally:
Pregnancy settings: due date and reminder preferences.
Recording data: session start/end times, raw taps, effective movement counts, and related timestamps.
App preferences: language, onboarding/privacy acceptance flags, and similar UI settings.
Generated reports: report images you choose to save to your photo library (saved by you, not uploaded by us).
Android cloud backup for this app is disabled (allowBackup=false) so pregnancy records are not included in automatic Google backup uploads by the app configuration.
Calendar (optional): Only if you enable calendar reminders. TinyKick creates repeating local calendar events (until your due date) so the system calendar can remind you. Calendar data stays in your device’s calendar app and is not sent to us.
Photos / media (optional): Only if you save a report image to your gallery. TinyKick does not browse your photo library for other purposes.
Vibration: Used for haptic feedback when recording a movement.
You can deny optional permissions; core recording still works without calendar or gallery access.
No account profile, email, or phone number for sign-in.
No cloud storage of any app content—including fetal movement records, due dates, reminder settings, report images, or analytics payloads.
No advertising ID based ad targeting by TinyKick.
The codebase may contain a local analytics placeholder for product events, but with no network permission in the release app, TinyKick does not transmit analytics or any other data to remote servers. If a future version adds network access or third-party analytics, we will update this Policy and request any required permissions/consent first.
We do not sell your personal data. Because the release app has no network permission and stores data only on-device, TinyKick does not transmit or share your app data with advertisers, data brokers, or our own cloud services. If you use system features (calendar, photo library, share sheet), those systems process data under their own policies on your device.
Local data remains until you delete it in the app (for example, clear all data) or uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes app-stored local databases and preferences. Calendar events previously created may remain in your system calendar until you delete them there.
TinyKick is intended only for pregnant women aged 18 or older. It is not directed to minors, caregivers, or other third parties as primary users. Do not use the app if you are under 18. Do not provide children’s personal information through the app.
Because the release app has no network permission and keeps all data on your device, TinyKick does not transfer your app data across borders or to any remote server in normal use. If a future version adds online features that transfer data, we will disclose destinations and legal bases in an updated Policy.
TinyKick is a personal recording tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek professional care if you notice reduced movements or have health concerns.
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Policy, where permitted by law.
