This privacy policy applies to the TinyFpvTimer app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Alex Zinkner (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use
The Application does not transmit any personal information or data to external servers or third parties. Photos taken using the Application are processed locally on your device to provide functionality related to drone lap timing. These photos are used solely within the Application for this purpose and are not shared with the Service Provider or any third parties.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Camera Access
The Application requires access to your device’s camera in order to take photos necessary for lap timing measurements. The photos are processed directly on your device to detect and measure lap times. No photos or data are transmitted outside of your device or shared with any external parties.
The Application will request explicit user consent to access the camera upon first use of the lap timing feature. This consent can be managed at any time via your device settings.
Photo Processing
The Application processes photos locally on your device to measure lap times during drone flights. This processing is essential to the core functionality of the Application and does not involve sharing or transmitting any data externally. The photos and the results from the analysis remain on your device and are not accessible to the Service Provider or third parties.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain any personal data as no personal information is collected or transmitted by the Application. All photos and related data remain on the user’s device, and users can manage or delete these photos by uninstalling the app or through the deleting function within the app.
Children
The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no personal data is collected, there is no risk of unauthorized data collection from children. If you believe that your child has used the Application and shared any personal information, please contact the Service Provider to take appropriate action.
Security
The Service Provider takes your privacy and data security seriously. All photo analysis happens locally on your device, and no personal data, photos, or other information is transmitted over the internet or stored on external servers. The Application only uses the device’s camera for the intended purpose of lap timing functionality and does not transmit any data outside the device.

Although the Application does not collect personal data, we disclose the use of the camera for processing photos locally to ensure full transparency.
