1. Overview
Tiny Difference is an offline-first observation puzzle game. We designed the App to be simple and privacy-friendly. The App does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other personal identity details to play.
2. Information We Collect
We do not knowingly collect, store, or sell personally identifiable information.
Gameplay information such as score, streak, lives, and level progress is processed on your device for the purpose of running the game session. In the current version, this gameplay state is not uploaded to our servers for user profiling or advertising.
3. Permissions
Depending on your device and Android version, the App may request or declare the following permissions:
Internet — included for standard app framework functionality. The core game does not require you to create an online account to play.
Vibrate — used only to provide optional haptic feedback when you make a correct or incorrect selection.
We do not use these permissions to access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, or SMS.
4. Children’s Privacy
Tiny Difference is a general-audience casual game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it if any such information was obtained.
5. Third-Party Services
The current version of Tiny Difference does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or analytics services that collect personal data for marketing. If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are enabled.
Google Play and your device manufacturer may independently process limited technical information according to their own policies when you download, install, or update the App.
6. Data Retention
Because the App does not maintain a personal-data account system, we do not retain personal profiles. Session gameplay values exist on your device while you play and are not stored by us as a personal user record.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to keep the App secure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling removes the App and its local data from that device according to your operating system’s normal behavior.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when revisions are made. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
