These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Tiny Decisions – Quick Picker mobile application (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the following terms.
1. Age Requirement
The App is suitable for users aged 4 and older. Children are recommended to use the App under adult supervision.
2. Personal Use Only
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the App.
3. App Features and Usage
The App includes the following random decision-making tools:
Spin Wheel
Random Number Generator
Random Color Picker
Coin Toss
Finger Chooser
Each user is granted one free use per game mode.
In the Finger Chooser mode, free use is limited to two fingers. When a third finger is detected, a paywall will appear for continued use.
4. Premium Features and Subscriptions
Some features are available only through Premium access. Purchases are handled exclusively through Apple’s in-app purchase system:
You can manage or cancel your subscription via your device under Apple ID > Subscriptions
Payment processing is handled by Apple, not the developer
Refunds and cancellations are subject to Apple’s terms and policies
5. Disclaimer
The App provides tools for making random decisions. All results are chance-based and are not intended to be guaranteed, accurate, or final advice.
The developer is not responsible for any decisions made by users based on the App’s outputs.
6. Updates and Changes
The developer reserves the right to make changes to the App, add or remove features, or discontinue functionality at any time, without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App (including design, icons, software, and text) is owned by the developer and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Any updates will be made available within the App or on the official website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
