Welcome to Tiny ‘Burg Soccer. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website, registration services, soccer programs, leagues, clinics, camps, merchandise, and other services provided by Tiny ‘Burg Soccer (“Tiny ‘Burg Soccer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using our website, registering for a program, making a purchase, submitting a form, or participating in Tiny ‘Burg Soccer activities, you agree to these Terms.
A parent or legal guardian must provide accurate and complete information when registering a minor participant.
By submitting a registration, you confirm that:

You are authorized to register the participant.
You have authority to agree to applicable waivers and permissions.
You agree to follow these Terms and Tiny ‘Burg Soccer policies.
Registration is subject to availability and program capacity.
Tiny ‘Burg Soccer may assign players, coaches, teams, game times, and locations based on age, registration numbers, field availability, facility availability, and operational needs.
Registration does not guarantee a specific coach, teammate, team color, game time, field, or schedule unless specifically stated.
Tiny ‘Burg Soccer may make reasonable changes to schedules, teams, coaches, or locations when necessary.
Weather, field conditions, facility availability, safety concerns, staffing, low registration, emergencies, or other circumstances may require Tiny ‘Burg Soccer to cancel, postpone, relocate, shorten, or reschedule an activity.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify families of significant changes.
Registration fees, merchandise prices, sponsorship fees, and other charges are displayed at the time of registration or purchase.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and pay applicable fees.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
All registration payments are non-refundable.
Players, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately.
Tiny ‘Burg Soccer does not permit threats, harassment, fighting, abusive behavior, intentional property damage, or other conduct that creates an unsafe or disruptive environment.
Tiny ‘Burg Soccer may take appropriate action when conduct creates a safety or operational concern.
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
Providing accurate registration and emergency information
Keeping contact information current
Ensuring participants arrive prepared
Providing required equipment
Following field and facility rules
Supervising children when required
Following reasonable instructions from Tiny ‘Burg Soccer staff, coaches, and field managers
Treating other participants, families, coaches, staff, and volunteers respectfully
Soccer and physical activity involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, contact with other participants, athletic injuries, weather, field conditions, and other risks associated with participation.
Participation is voluntary. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether their child is appropriately able to participate.
Any waivers or releases provided during registration are part of the applicable registration agreement.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate emergency contact information.
In an emergency, Tiny ‘Burg Soccer may contact emergency services and the emergency contacts provided during registration.
By registering with Tiny ‘Burg Soccer or providing contact information, you agree that Tiny ‘Burg Soccer may contact you regarding registrations, schedules, payments, program changes, safety information, and other administrative matters.
Communications may be sent by email, telephone, text message, website announcements, or other methods provided during registration.
By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Tiny ‘Burg Soccer at the number provided, sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
