No account, no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email, phone number or location to play.
Your progress stays on your phone. Money, gems, levels, outfits and settings are saved only on your device.
We do not run servers or analytics and we do not sell your data.
Google and Apple handle purchases; Google AdMob serves ads. Payments go through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier.
This Privacy Policy explains how Tiny Bites (the "Game"), published by Felnath Web (proprietor Sonu H Luhar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India) ("we", "us"), handles information when you play the Game on Android, on iPhone / iPad (iOS) or on the web. By playing the Game you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
To save your game, the Game stores the following on your device only (in the app's local storage):
Game progress: cash, gems, built stations, upgrades, helpers, unlocked levels and cities, owned and equipped outfits, festival progress and offline-earnings timers.
Settings: sound, music, vibration, graphics quality and notification preferences.
Purchase state: whether the Ad-Free pass is active and which purchases were already delivered (so nothing is granted twice).
Ad timing: when the last full-screen ad was shown and how long you have played, so the Game can space ads out and show none to new players at first.
This data is not sent to us. It is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its app data. Because we keep no copy, we cannot restore lost progress.
If Android backup (Google account) or iCloud Backup (Apple ID) is turned on, your phone may save a copy of the Game's app data to that account and restore it when you reinstall the Game or move to a new phone. That backup is made and stored by Google or Apple under your account settings; we cannot access it.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise or approximate location, or microphone or camera data. The Game does not ask for these permissions. The Game has no chat, no accounts and no user-generated content.
Gems, cash packs, bundles and the Ad-Free pass are sold through Google Play Billing on Android and Apple In-App Purchase on iPhone / iPad. Google or Apple processes the payment and handles your payment details; we never see your card, UPI or bank information. To deliver what you bought, the Game receives from the store the product purchased and a purchase/transaction identifier, and stores the delivery state on your device. The stores' handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, the Google Play Terms of Service and Apple's Privacy Policy.
The free version of the Game shows ads served by Google AdMob:
Optional rewarded ads — you choose to watch one for a bonus (for example an investor's funding, double offline earnings or a helper boost).
Occasional full-screen ads at natural breaks — only after you finish something (a new station is built, you close the Shop or Upgrades, or you leave a restaurant for the map or the next level), after a short "Ad break" notice, at most once every 3 minutes and never in your first 10 minutes of play or right after a purchase. The game pauses while an ad is on screen.
When AdMob shows an ad, to show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, it may collect and process:
your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID, or on iPhone / iPad the IDFA — only if you allow tracking),
IP address, device model, operating system and language,
app information and how you interact with ads (for example, whether an ad was viewed or tapped).
Your consent and choices. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and in some US states), the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown; you can change that choice later from Settings → Ad privacy options when it is shown. On iPhone / iPad the Game asks Apple's "Allow app to track" question; if you choose Ask App Not to Track, ads are not personalised with your IDFA. You can also change this at any time:
Android: Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to reset or delete your advertising ID.
iPhone / iPad: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you buy the Ad-Free pass, full-screen ads stop and rewarded bonuses are granted instantly without an ad.
US state privacy rights (including California): we do not sell personal information for money. When personalised ads are shown, Google AdMob's use of your advertising identifier may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under some US state laws. You can opt out at any time with the Game's ad privacy options, by declining tracking on iOS, by turning off ad personalisation or deleting your advertising ID in Android settings, or by buying the Ad-Free pass. We do not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
If you allow it, the Game can show local reminders (for example, that your restaurant has earned money while you were away). These are created on your device; we do not run a push-notification server and no message content is sent to us. You can turn reminders off in the Game's Settings or in your device settings at any time.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to answer you. We keep that email for as long as needed to help you, then delete it.
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Players under 18 should ask a parent or guardian before buying anything. If you believe a child has provided us personal information (for example by email), contact us and we will delete it.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (Google Play, Apple App Store and Google AdMob) so the Game can work, or if required by law.
Game data stays in your device's app storage, protected by your device's own security. We keep no game data on servers. Data handled by Google or Apple is kept according to their own policies.
Delete your data: uninstall the Game or clear its app data (Android: Settings → Apps → Tiny Bites → Storage → Clear data; iPhone / iPad: delete the app). There is no account to delete.
Ads: use the ad privacy options, the iOS tracking setting or the Android ads settings described above, or buy the Ad-Free pass.
Notifications: switch them off in Settings at any time.
Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU/UK GDPR or US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, to withdraw consent or to complain to a data-protection authority. Because we hold no personal data on our side, most requests are handled through the controls above; for anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Google and Apple may process information in countries other than yours, under their own safeguards. We are based in India.
If we add a new feature that handles data differently (for example cloud saves or crash reporting), we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date before that feature goes live, and show a notice in the Game for significant changes.
