We are located at 665 Main Street in unincorporated Lake Dallas, TX 75065 (scroll down for map).  

The tiny home lots have full electric 50/30 hookups and water/sewer service provided by Lake Cities Municipal Utility Authority.  

The average lot space is about 680 square feet. 

The ideal home footprint should be within 10 feet by 26 feet. 

Each lot has one or two resident parking spots, depending on vehicle sizes.  

There are two guest parking spots.

Trash may be placed in an on-site dumpster that is picked up each week. 

The property is surrounded by trees and is gated with an 8' high wood fence. 

An on-site 8'x8' non-climate-controlled storage unit is provided for each home.  

We offer monthly rentals for $600 plus a $70 flat utility fee (includes electricity, water, wireless internet).  

We are pet friendly.    

I don't have a tiny home but I am interested in getting one.  Do you sell tiny homes?

Can I reserve a lot while I build my tiny home?
We are open to having you pay the regular $600 monthly fee to reserve a lot and we would waive the $70 utility fee until you move in.

How many pets can I have?
No more than 2 pets.

How do I access the property?
The property is completely fenced in and has an electric gate that can be opened with either a visor-clip remote opener or a keypad.  Residents will be loaned 2 remote openers and can give the access code to guests.  A small pedestrian gate can also be used to access the property.
