This Privacy Policy explains how Tiny Genius – Learn & Play (the “App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when a child or parent uses the App. We designed the App to provide educational games, alphabet and number activities, stories, drawing, colouring, sounds, rewards, and other child-friendly learning experiences.
We do not require registration and do not collect a child’s name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photographs, voice recordings, advertising identifiers, or other personally identifiable information.
The App does not use third-party advertising or analytics services in its current version.
The App may save non-personal learning information locally on the device, such as:
completed lessons and activities;
stars, coins, rewards, and unlocked content;
selected avatar items and app preferences;
game scores and learning progress; and
artwork created inside the App.
This information is used only to make the learning experience work and to let the child continue from where they stopped. It is not transmitted to us.
Drawings and colouring activities remain on the device. If a parent or user chooses to save or share artwork using device features, that action is initiated and controlled by them. We do not receive or store the artwork.
The App uses the device’s text-to-speech capability to pronounce letters, numbers, words, and instructions. The current version does not request microphone permission and does not record or transmit a child’s voice.
The current version does not request access to the camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, phone, or external storage. If a future feature requires additional access, the App will request permission at the time it is needed and this policy will be updated.
The App is intended for children and is designed to minimise data collection. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us outside the App, please contact us so we can address the request.
We do not sell, rent, or share children’s personal information. Because the current version does not collect personal information through the App, no such information is disclosed to advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.
Local progress and preferences remain on the device until the App’s data is cleared or the App is uninstalled. A parent can delete this local information through the device’s application settings or by uninstalling the App.
We use reasonable safeguards and data-minimisation practices. However, no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Parents should maintain appropriate device controls and keep the operating system updated.
The App is designed to work offline and does not currently include external advertising links. If third-party services are added in a future version, their use and privacy practices will be disclosed in an updated policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, legal requirements, or our privacy practices change. The revised policy will show a new effective date and will be published at the same location.
