This privacy policy applies to the Tiny Doc PDF mobile application and all associated services operated by Dian Wu (collectively referred to as the “Application”). Dian Wu shall be designated as the “Service Provider” throughout this document.
The Application collects data when you download and use it. The types of information gathered may include:
Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
In-app pages you visit, together with access timestamps and the amount of time spent on each page
Overall usage duration of the Application
The mobile operating system running on your device
The Application and integrated third-party SDKs may utilise cookies, software development kits, tracking pixels and comparable technologies to enable core functions, conduct usage analytics and deliver services. The Service Provider will obtain your consent prior to deploying non-essential tracking tools whenever mandated by applicable legislation.
You are entitled to submit requests to access, rectify or erase personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or revoke consent for any data processing activity dependent on your approval, please reach out to the Service Provider via bradcliffav@gmail.com.
If you reside in California, you possess the rights to learn which personal information we collect, request deletion of your personal data, opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information, and be free from discriminatory treatment for exercising these privacy entitlements. You may submit requests related to CCPA/CPRA compliance by emailing bradcliffav@gmail.com.
The Service Provider may use information you supply to deliver critical alerts and official notifications. Marketing communications will only be distributed when permitted by relevant laws.
To enhance your user experience within the Application, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information from you. All requested data will be stored and processed strictly in accordance with the terms outlined within this privacy policy.
Only aggregated and anonymised datasets are occasionally transmitted to external service partners, helping the Service Provider optimise the Application and related offerings. Any further disclosure of your personal information to third parties will follow the provisions laid out in this privacy notice.
The Service Provider and its third-party service partners may transfer personal data to jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including territories beyond the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable laws demand protective measures for international data transfers, the Service Provider will adopt valid compliance mechanisms, including:
Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) authorised by the European Commission
Official adequacy decisions or other legally recognised transfer frameworks
Your explicit consent, where applicable and legally allowed
Data protection regulations vary across different regions. The Service Provider will implement appropriate safeguards and secure any required consent for cross-border transfers when legal obligations apply.
Please note that the Application integrates third-party services that maintain independent privacy policies governing their data handling practices. The privacy policy link for the third-party service provider used within the Application is listed below:
The Service Provider may disclose user-submitted and automatically captured information under the following circumstances:
When required by law, for instance to comply with subpoenas or comparable formal legal procedures;
When acting in good faith to protect its legal interests, safeguard your safety or the safety of other individuals, investigate fraudulent conduct, or respond to official government inquiries;
To trusted service providers operating on our behalf. Such partners are prohibited from independently using the shared information and must comply with the rules specified in this privacy policy.
You can terminate ongoing data collection from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstallation stops the Application from gathering new data on your device, but it will not automatically remove information that has already been sent to the Service Provider or external third parties.
Send requests for personal data deletion, consent revocation, or any privacy right exercise to bradcliffav@gmail.com.
The Service Provider retains personal data only for the timeframe necessary to fulfil defined processing purposes:
User-provided data: Stored throughout your use of the Application, plus an additional 12 months afterwards, unless extended retention is required under law
Automatically collected data: Preserved for a maximum of 24 months after collection, unless legal compliance requires a longer retention period
Aggregated and anonymised data: May be retained indefinitely, as such data cannot be used to identify individual users
Data required for legal compliance: Retained for the duration stipulated by applicable laws
You may submit a deletion request for your personal data, subject to any mandatory legal retention obligations. If you wish the Service Provider to erase user-submitted information transmitted via the Application, contact us at bradcliffav@gmail.com. Please be aware that certain user-provided data may be essential to maintain basic functionality of the Application.
This Application is not developed for users under the age of 16, or the higher minimum age threshold set by applicable local laws. The Service Provider does not intentionally collect information from children or target minors with promotional materials.
Where applicable law requires consent from a parent or legal guardian, the Application may not be used without such authorisation. The Service Provider will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 in breach of relevant regulations. If we discover we have obtained personal data from a minor, all related records will be immediately removed from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and learn that your child has shared personal information with us, please contact the Service Provider at bradcliffav@gmail.com so we can implement appropriate remedial actions.
The Service Provider attaches great importance to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. We implement physical, technical and procedural security controls to secure all data we process and store.
In the event of a security incident resulting in unauthorised access to your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Where necessary, notifications will contain details regarding the breach nature and remedial actions being carried out.
The Service Provider reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy periodically. Material revisions will be communicated by publishing the updated version with a clear effective date. When legislation requires, we will obtain your consent before material changes take effect.
Historical versions of this Privacy Policy will be archived and can be provided upon request by emailing bradcliffav@gmail.com.
This Privacy Policy comes into force on 2026-08-04.
Where data processing relies on consent, you grant such consent by actively opting into relevant features or operations. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal shall not invalidate lawful processing completed prior to revocation. Processing activities supported by other legitimate legal bases will continue as described within this document.
If you have any enquiries about privacy matters when using the Application, or questions regarding our data practices, please contact the Service Provider via email: bradcliffav@gmail.com.
