The cover of the Operation's Google Doc
In attempts to stop The Night's Watch from recruiting some of the very few competent noobs in the game TIN set out to disrupt their recruitment. The plan was simply to insert spies and hop events until events for recruits stopped.
The Operation's Google Document Explaining the Operation's Plans and Goals
The original document was to feature multiple members of TIN to work on spying on TNW. However due to Midterms for most people the majority of the operation was carried out by Cylone alone.

On February 22nd, Cyclone hid in the Big Tree near Long Bridge awaiting TNW to start their Hasa Raid. TIN used this information to gauge how many people TNW had and how comptent they were when geared for PvP. Ultimately TIN decided that even when geared TNW would still be no match for the Noob Army. This lead to the army being used for one lone mission as a display of force.
On February 24th 2019 TIN marched the Noob Army South to Grimdale from Whitehaven in order to shutdown TNW's Recruitment event and simultaneously deliver a show of force. The event was a resounding success as TNW were very delayed in recruiting anyone, and their members were aware someone was out to get them now.
On February 27th 2019 Cyclone changed his skin to a spruce leaves skin and hid in the trees next to Flooded Tunnels. This was an effort to scare TNW and keep them on edge for the entirety of their dungeon run.
The mission was a two step plan where first Cyclone hid in the trees with his main account, and then he would attempt to cut off someone further along in the dungeon. upon getting lost, TNW LawsOfAviation was split up from the main group and was killed by Cyclone
After being killed LawsOfAviation had this to say in TNW's recruit channel of their discord.
On February 28th 2019 Cyclone released a video on how to join TNW in under a minute. The video gave a very simple 3 step system on how to join TNW and get access to events for recruits. the video can be seen on right.
While it is unsure how large of an impact the operation was on TNW's activity in the month following the Operation TNW had no more than two people at any given recruit event despite the average number being ~5 in the three events TIN disrupted or monitored. Ultimately TIN completed it's goal in disrupting TNW events as in the month following the end of the Operation TNW only gained a single recruit.
