 We are a Non-Profit Organization startup facilitators and venture builder that partners with various deep-tech stakeholders in order to provide startups with the resources, mentors, tools and support needed in order to succeed.

TAIWAN ITRI NEW VENTURE ASSOCIATION (TINVA) was started out to solve a problem. We wanted to help startups navigate Deep Tech landscape by closing the gap between research, marketing and business. Our founders had experienced there own share of previous failure with investments, thus they set out to try remedy the situation.

TINVA was launched in 2016 with backing from itri and Taiwan ITRI Entrepreneur Fund. In a short period we have already accelerated 6 startups raised $20 M USD. We believe our biggest achievement thus far, is the partnerships we have fostered with industry stakeholders and startups.

Based at the heart of the Taiwan startup ecosystem, in the Taiwan Tech Arena, we are inspired and motivated by the innovators, entrepreneurs and startups that walk through the doors on a daily basis.

We’re on a mission to establish TINVA and Taiwan as the gateway to Asia for deep tech. We believe that Taiwan is the ideal launchpad for both local and international startups into the Asian market and beyond.

This mission is only achievable with the collaboration and cooperation of many stakeholders. That is why we are constantly engaging with those who understand our mission and are eager to walk the journey with us.

In order to have a fighting chance to be successful as a deep-tech startup, startups have to consider technology, investor, market, channel and end user/customer. This can be a daunting task for anyone, but especially startups who have limited resources, funding and networks.

The most value asset that TINVA provides for new and more mature startups is our network and mentors of partnerships within the sector. We have establish partnerships with the most recognized. This positions us ideally for startups that need demo sites for proof of concept and market expansion.
