Location

The Race HQ is at Abbey Mill, Wye Valley Centre, Tintern, Monmouthshire, NP16 6SE  ! No Parking here !

Parking is in car parks by Tintern Abbey or in Wireworks car park, both about 5 mins walk from Race HQ. 

The Start is right by Race HQ, at Wireworks Bridge.  There will be a race briefing at 19:15.

The entry fee includes either one alcoholic drink or tea/coffee incl. cake from Abbey Mill, which also offers other refreshments (at your own cost).

Entries £17 for UKA registered runners, otherwise £19. 

Minimum Age 16.

Event is covered by Trail Runners Association Licence.

Prizes

There will be a prize for first men's team (4 to score) and women's team (4 to score).

Prizes for first 3 men and women overall, and for first in 5 year age categories.
