This application allows users to create, upload, share, or interact with content (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"). By using the application and its features related to User Content, you agree to comply with the following terms:
The creation, uploading, sharing, or dissemination of any User Content falling under the following categories is strictly prohibited (collectively referred to as "Objectionable Content"):
Violates applicable laws and regulations.
Is defamatory, libelous, slanderous, threatening, or harassing towards others.
Is discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
Is pornographic, obscene, or contains inappropriate adult content.
Invades the privacy or discloses the personal information of others without permission.
Infringes upon the copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
Is misleading, misrepresents the truth, or disseminates false information.
Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful components.
Is for unauthorized advertising, solicitation, or spam.
Any content that we deem inappropriate, negatively impacts the user community, or violates general ethical standards.
Abusive conduct includes but is not limited to:
Harassing, threatening, or behaving offensively towards other users.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
Using automated tools or unfair methods to increase engagement or manipulate the system.
Any other behavior that we deem disruptive or negatively impacts the experience of other users.
We have zero tolerance for any conduct related to Objectionable Content or abusive behavior. Users who violate these terms may have their content removed, their accounts temporarily suspended, or permanently terminated without prior notice.
