The 2021 HIBLANG BUEÑO collection marked the foundational launch of BU Labels as an official student merchandise platform of the Bicol University – University Student Council. Rooted in advocacy and service, this era positioned fashion as a means of support for the BUeño community, with proceeds dedicated to the Agapay-BUeño initiative. It established the core principle of “Designed by BUeños, for the BUeños,” embedding purpose, care, and collective identity at the heart of the brand.
