National speaker, consultant, wife and mother, Dr. Polishchuk has worked in the field of education since 2008. She began her career as an elementary school teacher, and soon found herself coaching instructional peers, leading district-wide initiatives, and working with lawmakers and administrators to optimize educational systems. She has worked across the country sharing cutting edge ideas on how to move leadership teato best serve communities, families and students across various age groups. Raised in an immigrant family, she speaks three languages, and also raises her children to be tri-lingual. She believes that faith and education are two areas in our lives worthy of infinite investment. Tina lives in beautiful Boise, Idaho with her husband and three children.

As an elemetary school teacher, Tina began working in gifted and talented classrooms, teaching combo classes in grades 3, 4 and 5. She then moved to work with middle school students, teaching mathematics in a Title I school. She soon became an instructional coach, helping other teachers grow in their practice. Shortly, thereafter she was invited to work for the Idaho State Department of Education on the brand new Advanced Opportunities Program. In just four years, the program grew at an unpredicented rate serving more than 30,000 students each year, gaining national attention. Tina has been invited to speak at various events nationwide to talk about how this work changed secondary and post-secondary experiences for Idaho students. Most recently, Tina has been working for the Department of Labor on a national demonstration project, experimenting with best practices to help youth transition into post-secondary education and the workforce. Throughout her career she been involved in mutliple innovations efforts, presenting, training, serving on advisory boards. This work has changed the landscape of education in Idaho and across the country.

A graduate of Boise State University, Tina holds a Doctorate in Education; Curriculum and Instruction, with coursework in Public Administration. She holds a Masters in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelors in Elementary Education. Tina holds endorsements in School Administration, Gifted and Talented Education, and Mathematics. Her graduate work focuses on leading college and career readiness efforts and transitioning students into post-secondary education and beyond.
