I recently attended Leading the Learning followed by NEASC Visitor Training workshop, and it reminded me of a simple but powerful truth: our learners must remain at the center of education systems. Too often, we focus on structures and processes, while overlooking the evidence of what’s really happening in classrooms. As educators, coaches, and leaders, we need to continuously ask: How is learning taking place? How are students impacted? Another key takeaway: the power of collaboration.
