Terms of Service

Welcome to Tina Wixom Coaching, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging in coaching services.

1. Description of Services

We provide professional coaching services focused on personal and professional development. Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client designed to maximize personal and professional potential. Our services include strategy sessions, goal-setting assistance, and personalized coaching plans.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, and actions resulting from coaching sessions.

• Coaching does not substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

• Clients agree to communicate openly, provide honest feedback, and actively participate in the coaching process.

3. Confidentiality

• Coaching sessions and related communications are confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

• The Coach will not disclose any Client information without written consent.

• Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly known, obtained from third parties, or involves risk of harm to the Client or others.

4. Scheduling and Fees

• Coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability.

• Fees for services are determined at the time of agreement and must be paid in advance.

• Coaching fees are non-refundable once paid.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must notify the Coach at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.

• One (1) rescheduling is allowed per contract period.

• Missed sessions without prior notice will be charged as scheduled.

6. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the coaching agreement with one week's written notice.

• All fees remain non-refundable, even if the Client chooses to terminate before completing the contracted sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding results.

• The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the coaching services provided.

8. Record Retention

• Coaching records will be maintained for at least two years in digital or printed format.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
