Short Bio
Tina Schiele studied educational science at the University of Munich (LMU), educational science with a focus on school and teacher development at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), and began her doctoral studies in psychology at LMU. Tina is currently working in the EU-funded longitudinal project "Learning4Kids - App-based Learning for Kindergarten Children at Home" at the Chair of Empirical Pedagogy and Educational Psychology at LMU.
Her teaching encompasses basic statistics, socioemotional and academic development within the family context, and digital learning in early childhood. Her research focuses on the development of the moral and academic self-concept in young children, the professionalisation of early childhood education professionals, and app-based learning.
