Timothy Donnelly Candidate For USG Tempe

About Timothy Donnelly

Senior at ASU with an expected graduation date of Fall 2022. I am running for USG with the intent to leave behind a legacy of student representation within the USG that will last long after I have graduated.

For too long students have lacked a voice and representation outside of the USG and at times even with the USG. To that end if I am fortunate enough to be elected to the USG I will begin work on establishing a student owned and operated lobbying firm that will be tasked with provide all students a voice not only in the USG, but also the State and Local levels of government as well as potentially the Federal government.

Through internships and my educational journey I have become intimately aware of the inner workings of our U.S. Government. I have worked alongside lobbying firms to help influence legislation and learned how powerful that tool is for representation at the varying levels of government.

It is time that we as students utilize that power and provide all students the voice and representation they deserve.
