Born in Amsterdam, trained in the Jivamukti Method and in Advanced Hatha  Yoga, in India and the US. A yoga practitioner for  over two decades. Enjoys teaching groups and individuals at all levels, from energetic vinyasa to the more internal practices of pranayama, yoga Nidra and meditation. Compassionate, knowledgeable and friendly.
