ADEWAVE(이하 "회사")는 모바일 애플리케이션 TIMEVERA - 사진 타이머, 루틴, 시간 리포트(이하 "앱")를 운영합니다. 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 여기며, 앱이 처리하는 정보의 종류, 이용 목적, 보관 및 삭제 방법과 이용자의 권리를 아래와 같이 안내합니다.
1. 앱의 기본 운영 방식
TIMEVERA는 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않습니다. 시간 다이어리, 타이머, 스톱워치, 루틴 및 리포트의 핵심 데이터는 원칙적으로 이용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.
회사는 앱 운영을 위한 자체 서버에 이용자의 시간 기록이나 사진을 업로드하지 않습니다. 다만 앱에는 이용 현황 분석을 위한 Google Analytics for Firebase와 광고 제공을 위한 Google AdMob이 포함되어 있으며, 이들 서비스는 아래에서 설명하는 일부 정보를 기기 외부로 전송하고 처리할 수 있습니다.
2. 기기 내부에 저장되는 정보
다음 정보는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 이용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.
- 시간 다이어리 카드와 완료 기록
- 타이머 및 스톱워치 설정과 실행 기록
- 루틴, 반복 요일, 알림 설정
- 주간미션 배정 정보, 진행 상태 및 포인트
- 출석 정보, 밸런스 게임 답변 및 시간 DNA 분석 결과
- 다음 주 추천 플랜과 리포트 결과
- 테마 색상, 시계 스타일 및 기타 앱 설정
- 이용자가 직접 설정한 닉네임, 앱이 생성한 로컬 이용자 식별값 및 고객지원 코드
- 이용자가 사진 보관함에서 직접 선택한 프로필 이미지와 진행 화면 배경 이미지의 기기 내 참조 정보
이 정보는 회사가 운영하는 서버로 직접 전송되지 않습니다. 이용자가 앱에서 해당 기록이나 이미지를 삭제하거나, 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나, 앱을 제거하면 기기에 저장된 정보가 삭제될 수 있습니다. 운영체제의 백업 또는 복원 기능이 별도로 적용되는 경우에는 해당 운영체제 제공자의 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
3. 사진 및 알림 권한
앱은 이용자가 프로필 이미지 또는 진행 화면 배경 이미지를 직접 선택하는 경우에만 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 선택한 이미지는 앱 화면에 표시하기 위해 기기 내부에서 사용되며, 회사 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다.
앱은 타이머 완료, 알람, 루틴 및 다음 주 플랜 알림을 제공하기 위해 알림, 정확한 알람, 진동 및 화면 깨우기와 관련된 기기 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 알림 일정과 관련 설정은 기기 내부에서 처리됩니다. 이용자는 기기 설정에서 관련 권한을 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다.
4. Google Analytics for Firebase를 통한 정보 처리
회사는 앱의 이용 현황을 이해하고 기능과 안정성을 개선하기 위해 Google Analytics for Firebase를 사용합니다. 앱은 이름, 이메일 주소 또는 전화번호를 Analytics 이벤트에 포함하지 않으며, 앱에서 무작위로 생성한 가명 식별값을 분석용 이용자 식별값으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
Firebase Analytics를 통해 처리될 수 있는 정보는 다음과 같습니다.
- 앱이 무작위로 생성한 가명 이용자 식별값과 Firebase 설치 식별자
- 앱 언어, 운영체제, 기기 모델, 앱 버전 및 플랫폼 정보
- 마스킹된 IP 주소로부터 추정되는 대략적인 지역 정보
- 앱 실행, 화면 이용, 세션 시간 등 기본적인 앱 이용 정보

- 루틴 추가, 반복 요일 수 및 알림 사용 여부
- 주간미션 완료와 포인트 수령 정보
- 밸런스 게임 문항 식별값과 선택 항목
- 테마 색상 또는 시계 스타일 선택
- 진행 화면의 배경화면 설정 버튼 이용
- 보상형 광고를 통한 상세 리포트 이용 여부

회사는 위 정보를 개별 이용자의 신원을 직접 확인하기 위한 목적으로 사용하지 않으며, 앱 이용 추세 파악, 기능 개선, 오류 원인 분석 및 서비스 품질 향상을 위해 사용합니다. 앱은 Firebase Analytics에서 광고 저장, 광고 이용자 데이터 및 광고 개인화 동의를 비활성화하도록 구성되어 있습니다.

5. Google AdMob을 통한 광고 정보 처리
앱은 배너 광고와 이용자가 선택하여 시청하는 보상형 광고를 제공하기 위해 Google AdMob을 사용합니다. 앱은 AdMob에 비개인화 광고를 요청하도록 구성되어 있습니다. 비개인화 광고의 경우에도 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 빈도 제한, 보안 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 공유할 수 있습니다.
- IP 주소 및 이를 통해 추정할 수 있는 대략적인 지역 정보
- 광고 식별자, 기기 또는 계정 관련 식별자, 앱 식별자
- 기기 종류, 운영체제, 앱 버전 및 언어 등의 기기·앱 정보

6. 고객지원 과정에서 이용자가 제공하는 정보
이용자가 앱의 고객센터 기능을 통해 이메일을 보내는 경우 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 이용자가 자발적으로 첨부하거나 작성한 정보가 회사에 전달될 수 있습니다. 회사는 해당 정보를 문의 확인, 답변, 오류 해결 및 서비스 보호 목적으로만 사용합니다.
문의에 개인정보나 민감정보를 포함하지 않는 것을 권장합니다. 문의 처리에 더 이상 필요하지 않거나 관련 법령에 따른 보관 의무가 종료되면 해당 정보를 안전한 방법으로 삭제합니다.
7. 정보의 이용 목적
회사는 다음 목적에 필요한 범위에서 정보를 처리합니다.
- 타이머, 스톱워치, 루틴, 알림, 리포트 등 앱의 핵심 기능 제공
- 이용자가 선택한 앱 설정과 기록의 기기 내 저장

8. 제3자 서비스 및 정보 제공
회사는 앱 운영에 필요한 범위에서 다음 서비스 제공자가 정보를 처리하도록 할 수 있습니다.

10. 보유 및 삭제
- 기기 내부 데이터: 이용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나, 앱 데이터를 초기화하거나, 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기 내부에 보관됩니다.
- 고객지원 정보: 문의 처리와 분쟁 대응에 필요한 기간 동안 보관한 후 삭제하며, 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
- Firebase Analytics 및 AdMob 데이터: 회사의 서비스 설정과 Google의 보관·삭제 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. Google의 정책 또는 법적 의무에 따라 일부 정보가 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
- 집계 또는 비식별 정보: 특정 개인과 합리적으로 연결할 수 없는 형태로 처리된 정보는 통계 및 서비스 개선 목적으로 보관될 수 있습니다.
회사는 보유 목적이 달성되고 법적 보관 의무가 없는 개인정보를 복구하기 어려운 방법으로 삭제하거나 파기합니다.
11. 이용자의 권리와 선택
이용자는 적용되는 법률에 따라 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 동의 철회 또는 이의를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 기기 내부 기록과 설정은 앱에서 삭제하거나 기기 설정의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 제거하면 앱이 이후 새롭게 정보를 수집하는 것을 중단할 수 있습니다.
- 사진과 알림 권한은 기기 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 광고 관련 설정은 Android 기기의 개인정보 보호 및 광고 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

TIMEVERA는 별도의 온라인 계정을 생성하지 않으므로 삭제할 회원 계정은 없습니다. 회사는 기술적으로 가능하고 적용 법률이 요구하는 범위에서 요청을 확인하고 처리합니다. 기기 내부에만 저장되어 회사가 접근할 수 없는 데이터는 이용자가 직접 앱 또는 기기 설정에서 삭제해야 합니다.
12. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 16세 미만 또는 해당 국가의 법률에서 정한 더 높은 연령의 아동을 대상으로 제작되지 않았습니다. 회사는 이러한 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하거나 아동을 대상으로 광고하지 않습니다. 아동이 법적 보호자의 동의 없이 정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 된 경우 회사는 적용 법률에 따라 필요한 조치를 취합니다. 보호자는 2adeinclabs@gmail.com으로 문의할 수 있습니다.
13. 정보 보호

Privacy Policy (English)
ADEWAVE ("we," "us," or the "Service Provider") operates the TIMEVERA: Photo Timer, Routine mobile application (the "App"). We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, why it is processed, how long it is retained, how it may be deleted, and the choices available to you.
1. How the App Works
TIMEVERA does not require account registration or sign-in. Core data for the time diary, timers, stopwatch, routines, and reports is generally stored locally on your device.
We do not upload your time records or photos to a server operated by ADEWAVE. However, the App includes Google Analytics for Firebase for usage analytics and Google AdMob for advertising. These services may transmit and process certain information off your device as described below.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The following information is stored locally to provide the App's features:
- Time Diary cards and completed activity records
- Timer and stopwatch settings and activity records
- Routines, repeat days, and reminder settings
- Weekly Mission assignments, progress, and points
- Attendance information, balance-game answers, and Time DNA results
- Next-week action plans and report results
- Theme colors, clock styles, and other App preferences
- A nickname selected by you, a locally generated user identifier, and a support code
- Local references to profile images and progress-screen background images that you select from your photo library
This information is not directly uploaded to a server operated by us. Local information may be removed when you delete it in the App, clear the App's data through your device settings, or uninstall the App. If your operating system separately provides backup or restore functionality, the operating system provider's policies may apply.
3. Photo and Notification Permissions
The App requests access to your photo library only when you choose to select a profile image or a progress-screen background image. Selected images are used locally for display in the App and are not uploaded to our servers.
The App may use notification, exact-alarm, vibration, and wake-screen capabilities to provide timer completion alerts, alarms, routine reminders, and next-week plan notifications. Notification schedules and related preferences are processed locally on your device. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
4. Information Processed Through Google Analytics for Firebase
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand App usage and improve functionality and stability. The App does not include your name, email address, or telephone number in Analytics events. It may use a randomly generated pseudonymous identifier as an Analytics user identifier.
Information processed through Firebase Analytics may include:
- A randomly generated pseudonymous user identifier and a Firebase installation identifier
- App language, operating system, device model, App version, and platform information
- Approximate location derived from a masked IP address
- Basic App usage information, such as App launches, screen usage, and session duration
- Events relating to Time Diary card interactions, timer or stopwatch completion, activity category, configured and recorded duration, pause count, source type, and weekday
- Routine creation, number of repeat days, and whether reminders are enabled
- Weekly Mission completion and point rewards
- Balance-game question identifiers and selected options
- Theme-color and clock-style selections
- Use of the progress-screen background-setting button
- Access to detailed reports through rewarded ads
- App or SDK operational and diagnostic information
We do not use this information to directly identify individual users. We use it to understand usage trends, improve features, diagnose issues, and improve service quality. The App is configured to deny advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization consent within Firebase Analytics.
Information processed by Firebase is subject to Google's settings, retention practices, and policies:

5. Information Processed Through Google AdMob
The App uses Google AdMob to provide banner ads and optional rewarded ads. The App is configured to request non-personalized ads. Even for non-personalized ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share the following information for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, security, and fraud prevention:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address
- Advertising identifiers, device- or account-related identifiers, and App identifiers
- Device and App information, such as device type, operating system, App version, and language
- User interactions, such as App launches, ad impressions, ad views, clicks, taps, and video views
- Rewarded-ad loading, completion, and reward status
- SDK and App diagnostic or performance information, such as App launch time, hang rate, and energy usage
Google may process this information for advertising, measurement, analytics, service operation, security, and fraud prevention. Advertising privacy controls available to you are governed by Google's policies and your device settings.

We do not sell your personal information.
6. Information You Provide When Contacting Support
If you contact us through the App's support-email feature, we may receive your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily include or attach. We use this information only to review and respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service.
We recommend that you do not include personal or sensitive information that is not necessary for your request. We delete support information when it is no longer needed for the request or when any applicable legal retention obligation ends.
7. Purposes of Processing
We process information only as necessary for the following purposes:
- Providing core App functionality, including timers, stopwatch, routines, notifications, and reports
- Storing your selected settings and records locally on your device
- Understanding App usage and improving features
- Delivering ads, measuring ad performance, and operating rewarded-ad features
- Diagnosing errors, maintaining security, and preventing fraud or abuse
- Receiving and responding to support requests
- Complying with legal obligations and protecting legal rights
8. Third-Party Services and Disclosure
We use the following service provider to process information as necessary to operate the App:
- Google LLC: Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Installations, Google Play Services, and Google AdMob
Google may process information as our service provider or under its own privacy policies, depending on the service and context. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect the rights and safety of users or others.
9. International Processing and Transfers
Google and its processors may process information outside your country of residence. Privacy laws may differ between jurisdictions. Google applies international-transfer safeguards in accordance with applicable law and its privacy policies. Please review the Google and Firebase policies linked above for additional information.
10. Retention and Deletion
- Local device data is retained on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
- Support information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and handle disputes, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Firebase Analytics and AdMob information is processed according to our service configuration and Google's retention and deletion practices. Some information may be retained for the periods required by Google's policies or applicable law.
- Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably be linked to an individual may be retained for statistics and service improvement.
When personal information under our control is no longer needed and no legal retention obligation applies, we delete or destroy it using methods designed to prevent reasonable recovery.
11. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing.
- You can delete local records and settings in the App or use your device's clear-App-data feature.
- Uninstalling the App prevents the App from collecting new information in the future.
- You can revoke photo and notification permissions in your device settings.
- You can manage advertising-related choices through the privacy and advertising settings on your Android device.

TIMEVERA does not create an online user account, so there is no online account to delete. We will verify and respond to requests to the extent technically feasible and required by applicable law. Information stored only on your device and inaccessible to us must be deleted by you through the App or your device settings.
12. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 16, or any higher minimum age required by applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such children or direct advertising to them. If we learn that a child has provided information without legally valid consent, we will take appropriate action as required by applicable law. 13. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information under our control. Firebase states that relevant data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, or applicable laws. For material changes, we will update the effective date on this page or provide notice through an appropriate in-App method. The revised policy applies from its stated effective date.
